Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities: Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents. Also, working with various staffing agencies daily as well as all HR functions.
